If you can't read it, it is small. I am once again in Oakley, KS. I loaded and delivered Houston to Edmond, OK. Deadheaded to McPherson, KS for a load of insulation headed to Sandy, UT.
Is that headed to Sandy in Utah or is that name of the town - is it close to Beaver? Flat Nose Curry was born in McPherson, Kansas! Bet you did not know that!
Not Sandy in Utah, Sandy, UT. There are only two loves in Utah- one in Beaver(i'm in love with a waitress and don't even know her name) and Shana(in Snowville-had you worried huh)
"in in love with a waitress and don't even know her name" - sounds like a great start for a country western, truck driving song or perhaps a western poem! "Eight days on the road and I will be in Sandy tonight. I know she will be waiting for me with a cup of coffee and slice of pie. I love her so much, she looks so good to the touch I just don't get to touch much. I love to see her walking, carrying a tray of hash brown taters. I love her to wipe down my table, her smell of grease and food is so keen, I would touch her hand and let her feel mine, but how far should I go when I do not even know her name! Sandy in Utah, I will see you next time round, until then as the miles click by, you will fill my thoughts as I recall all the pie I bought, I will bribe the dispatcher to get me another route through Beaver to spend a little more time until I can find her name.
