Picked up my current load of windows and doors in Prescott Valley, AZ and headed North up through Flagstaff. The fall colors were quite the sight as I proceeded North across the Navajo Nation crossing the Canyon at Page and then continuing up 89 to the UT20 cutoff. Up and over the ridge to I15 and a short spurt into Beaver, UT. I blog from Beaver.

So far my journeys with Knight have
taken to to the Left coast into Oakland and about the interior farming valleys of central California. Then a load to Waco, TX led me across Colorado through Montrose, the San Luis Valley(did I mention the snow atop Monarch Pass), Raton in NM, to the Panhandle of TX, into the big D and then S to Waco. From Waco a load took me back to big D, after a short layover a load out of big D took me to KS/OK border country up near Big Cabin, OK after crossing the Indian Nation of course. A load from Tulsa took me Westward through OKC, back into the panhandle of TX and amarillo by morning, then crossed NM and into Holbrook, AZ

Good to hear from you,no surprise to find you in Beaver. What I discovered so far this trip, driving truck on the Alcan would is a long tough drive, driving the Frasier River highway to Dawson is difficult. But, you are not a truck driver until you drive the route from the Idaho border through Banff and Jasper National Park to Dawson Creek. There is a stretch on that highway that you would swear you were coming down Red Mountain, down the Million Dollar Higway and the switchback into Ouray. Even a small town at the bottom that reminded me of Ouray. It was a bitch coming down, had to ride my brakes at 70 mph.
