Just a slight difference in the terrain between the two locations. The simulator picture appears that it is an easy airport to land on. Don't see any skiers or hippies!
Nice thing is in the simulator you don't see any Obama/Biden signs either. the dark line is accurately showing highway headed up toward Telluride...
